If you are applying for a UCC Core Team Sports Scholarship Programme PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM

Core Teams include GAA/Camogie/Ladies Gaelic Football, Hurling/Hockey/Rugby/Soccer.

Please submit your UCC Sports Scholarship Individual application form by 5 pm, 14th April 2023
